Ingredients

Each 20 mL dose contains: Magnesium (as magnesium gluconate and dibasic magnesium citrate tetrahydrate) 250 mg, Aqueous herbal infusion from 7.5 g of Carrot (Daucus carota), Nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf, Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) leaf, Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) sepal. Also contains fruit purees (mango, apricot) and fruit juice concentrates (pineapple, pear), Honey, Water, Natural flavour.

Dosage

Directions
Shake bottle well before use.
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided.
Take preferably before a meal.
